Hello my friends,
I hope this e-mail finds you well!
Usually, I do not send all regular updates to you, friends, fellow-musicians and fans outside of Israel, in a form of a newsletter, but - this occasion is special and different...
I am delighted to share with you the upcoming release of my new album "A Handful Of Changes".
Mostly based on my original compositions, in a variety of Latin-Jazz and Post-Bop styles, this album is somewhat different than my previous Trio album, "About Time"; It features a variety of musicians and setting combinations, ranging from a Duet and Trio settings and up to a Sextet with two saxophones.
In addition to the original compositions, there are Jazz interpretations for two Israeli songs by our great composer Alexander Argov, as well as two Jazz standards, which do have some style resemblance to the tunes on "About Time".
The album features Joel Frahm, one of the most appreciated saxophonists in New York City, who accepted my invitaion to participate in this project, and was a great inspiration to us all.
Also particpating are some of the best Jazz musicians in Israel; renowned percussionist Gilad Dobrecky, long-time friend and great musician Arie Volinez on Bass and drummer Eitan Itzcovich.
Tal Ronen (Bass) and Ofer Shapiro (Alto Sax. and Clarinet) also take part in some of the tunes.
You are welcome to check the release clip "Open Possibilities" on Youtube, (at

It will be great to receive your feedback!
For more information, buying links and more, you are welcome to have a look at the Album page on my web site..
Album Release parties/shows are planned for March 20 and 23, in Tel-Aviv.
If - by any change - is any of you visiting Israel at this timeframe, please do not hesitate to give me
a call, and I will be more than happy to have you there!
Thanks for your attention!
